Plenary: The Pilgrims Way.

How Pilgrims inspired me and other teachers in Pordenone.

The talk will focus on the outcome of a get together held in Pordenone between the speaker and  some high school teachers on the theme of how their  work has been informed by the humanistic approach  learned  at Pilgrims courses over the years. During their careers  they have followed the humanistic way  pursuing  key principles such as creativity, self-awareness, respect of differences and sharing, according to holistic and inclusive approaches that also allow  fun in the learning/teaching process, always adapting them to their different contexts, personalities and interests . Some examples of such work will be provided, with specific reference to the most inspiring Pilgrims trainers they met on their way.
