ARRIVALS
Please arrive in Canterbury between 14.00 and 18.00 on Arrival Sunday. Pilgrims staff are not available outside these times.
Staying in Self Catering - please go to Parkwood Village at the University of Kent
Staying in Residential - please go to Keynes College at the University of Kent

If you are arriving later than 19.00- please note that only light meals or snacks are available at the University until Monday morning, so do please eat on your journey!

EXTRA NIGHTS
Planning to arrive in Canterbury earlier than your course published Arrival Day? Please visit www.canterbury.co.uk to book accommodation.
We are unable to offer extra night's accommodation at the University.
Can I bring my family?
We are unable to organise or offer accommodation for members of your family who are not attending a course and children under 18 cannot be accommodated on the campus. If you intend to bring your family you must make your own accommodation arrangements for them.
INSURANCE
Pilgrims recommends you arrange personal travel and medical insurance.
Pilgrims cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
If you are a resident of the European Union country, medical assistance will be provided free in the UK.
If you live in a country outside the European Union, please arrange medical insurance.
If you choose to leave a course early, no refund of fees can be made.
