Arrival Information
Airport Transfers
Included in the price is our professional and friendly airport 'Meet and Greet' service. Our airport staff will meet you and you enter the arrival hall, once you have collected your luggage.
Look out for the big blue PILGRIMS signs and the bright lime green t-shirts that make our staff stand out. Once your child has met up with our team, they will be supervised and accompanied to their car/bus that will transfer them to the school. There will be staff with your child at all times, from the moment they enter the arrival terminal.
When we have to say goodbye on the departure day, our staff will help your child check onto their flight and see them through the departure gate.
All airport transfers are included in the course price for flights arriving between 09.00 and 17.30 on the arrival day and leaving between 09.00 and 15.00 on departure day.
Special private transfers can be arranged (at extra cost) outside of these times and to/from alternative airports.
